(SAC) established as a Civil Engineering Organization with a view to undertake government and private civil engineering projects through use of latest machinery and technology in most befitting manner, and to develop a business and corporate culture that demands nothing less than the highest level of creativity, productivity, reliability and cost effectiveness.

Engr. Zulfiqar Azeem, the Chief Executive of SAC, is a born contractor and belong to District Mardan-KPK. He is a Civil Engineer who graduated from the University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar in 1994 with a bachelor's degree. SAC was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan as a single member company in 2015, and it is also registered with the Federal Bureau of Revenue and the KPK Revenue Authority.

SAC is distinguished by the fact that it is in a position to offer complete objectivity in the development of technical solutions. SAC believe in to provide the kind of services that best suits the client’s construction needs. The range of services provided can be as comprehensive as necessary or can be made to focus on very specialized areas.

SAC is a team of diversified professionals in the field of Civil Engineering with their prime activity being construction of Roads, Bridges, Sewerage and Water Supply works, General Building works, Marine works, Electrical works, RCC Structures and Infrastructure Development.

SAC also employed a team of professional architects who are to supervise the finishing jobs until the site/sites are handed over while undertaking the fact that this is a stage where highest level of care is required to each detail especially to the interiors since the company focuses to build upon the trust of its clients with utmost satisfaction delivered with highest degree of professionalism.
